Information collected

The consultation intake asks for business and contact details, project context, selected services, goals, timing, budget preference, accessibility needs, and any other information you choose to provide. The intake records file names for selected attachments, but its current submission process does not upload the file contents.

While you complete the intake, a draft and submission status may be stored in your browser using local storage so you can recover your progress.

How the information is used

Ingressible uses submitted information to evaluate fit, prepare for a consultation, develop scope and proposal inputs, communicate with you, maintain submission records, and protect the intake from misuse.

A configured AI service may process consultation details to prepare an internal intake summary or draft. This output does not approve, reject, diagnose, certify, price, or make the final decision about an engagement. Kechi Boniface reviews the information and makes the professional decisions.

Service providers

Ingressible uses service providers to operate the intake and related communications. These currently include Supabase for database and server functions, an email delivery provider for confirmation and internal notifications, and a configured AI model provider for internal intake preparation. They receive information only as needed to provide those services under their own security and privacy terms.

Ingressible does not sell consultation information or use it for third-party advertising.

Retention and protection

Submitted consultation information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to evaluate the request, support an engagement, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Access is limited to people and systems needed for those purposes.

No online system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please avoid including passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, medical records, or other information that is not needed to discuss the project.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you submitted, subject to any records Ingressible must retain. You can also clear an unfinished intake draft by clearing this site’s stored data in your browser.
